The idea I have in mind is to focus on the Bystander Effect, a phenomenon where the more people there are in a crowd, the less likely anybod...
I like this idea but it doesn't feel as much like a PSA, it feels more like a fan video of these type of horror monsters. How could you relate it to whatever topic you want to portray more?
