There's still some work that needs to be done, but I am very proud of how its turning out!

There's a lot that I need to learn in order for this to be successful. I'm already working on the "monsters", but I need to figure out how I can increase the 'border' of the LED lights to go across the screen as scaling it just stretches the text and not just the border. Not only that, I need to figure out how to properly open and close the eye, as the makeshift oval shape is extremely unreliable. Other than that, I just need to polish it, and I need to input the Emergency Alert System sound with my own text to speech script.

 I know it’s probably not what the assignment is about, but I figured I’d give an attempt and make a “public announcement” technically speaking.
